Heat team new season outlook:
Adebayor’s early maximum salary extension was unexpected. Both Dragic and Leonard got a contract slightly higher than the market price, and came with team options for the 2021-22 season.
Let the Heat retain their flexibility to the greatest extent.
The loss of Crowder and Jones is indeed sad.
The Heat’s paper strength may have declined slightly from last season, but the growth of Herro and Robinson and Adebayor can easily offset these.
Don’t forget that the Heat will also maintain full aggressiveness in the free market next season.
